NHS Employers supports encouraging young people into jobs
NHS Employers, as part of the NHS Confederation, has signed up to the Backing Young Britain campaign to support getting young people into employment and secure the skills we need for the future workforce.
With a fifth of young people out of work, employers need to act now to help secure a skilled workforce for the future - and as the UK's largest employer, the NHS has a large role to play.
