AfC has failed to improve career progression, say most radiographers

The majority of radiographers feel that Agenda for Change has hindered their career progression, although some radiographers have reported an increase in salary.

These are the findings from a major research project commissioned by the Society and College of Radiographers and undertaken by a team from the University of Hertfordshire, the Institute of Employment Studies, and Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals.
