First doctorate in physiotherapy awarded
The first doctorate in physiotherapy (DPT) in the UK has been awarded to Nicola Petty, principal lecturer from the University of Brighton, joining doctors in occupational therapy (DOccT) and podiatry (DP) who have also completed the programme.
