Let's get talking: Improved access to psychological therapies (IAPT)

Only a quarter of the 6 million people in the UK suffering from depression and anxiety disorders are in treatment. The Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme aims to help PCTs improve or establish stepped-care psychological therapies following NICE’s best practice guidelines in order to improve health and well-being and get people back into employment.
