Too many trusts are failing to publish equality data
The Healthcare Commission is planning to inspect trusts to check their compliance with promoting equality. Jeremy Davies reports.
An audit has revealed that fewer than one in ten NHS trusts are complying fully with their duties to promote racial equality for staff and patients – prompting health watchdog the Healthcare Commission to get tough on the issue over the next few months....
